Terms of Service
Terms of use
Last updated: FILL: date you publish
1. Who we are
This website is operated by FILL: full legal name of the person responsible, trading as Opevion.
A UK company, Opevion Ltd, is being registered. When registration completes, these terms will be updated to name it.
Contact us at info@opevion.com.
2. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not govern any services we may go on to provide. If we work together, a separate written agreement will cover that, and it will take precedence over anything on this website.
3. What this website is for
This site describes what we do and invites you to start a conversation with us.
Nothing on this website is a quotation, an offer, or a commitment to provide services on any particular terms. What we would do for a business, and what it would cost, depends on that business, and we establish it through a diagnostic conversation. Any figures shown here are illustrative and are not a price we have offered you.
Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and places no obligation on either of us. A contract arises only when we both sign a written agreement.
4. Information on this site
We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that everything here is complete, accurate or current. Descriptions of our approach, timescales and outcomes are general and are not advice about your business.
Where we refer to work done before Opevion existed, we say so. Do not treat results described on this site as a forecast of what we would achieve for you.
Please do not act on anything here without speaking to us or taking your own advice.
5. Our content
The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, design and the way our approach is described — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights.
You may read it, print a copy, and share a link. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use any of it commercially, or reproduce our frameworks or written materials in your own materials, without our written permission.
“Opevion” and our logo are ours. Nothing here gives you any right to use them.
6. Using the site properly
You agree not to:
use the site for any unlawful purpose
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
introduce anything malicious
scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details
use the site in any way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it
We may withdraw access if you do.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, it is for information only. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for them or for anything you do there.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from faults. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because this site is provided for information:
we exclude all implied warranties and conditions to the fullest extent the law allows
we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site
we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published here
If you are using this site as a consumer rather than for business purposes, these exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The version in force is the one published when you use the site.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
